Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited (UPPCL) Assistant Engineer (AE) Recruitment 2018 Case Update-Next Hearing On 8th March
UPPCL AE 2018 case second hearing held on 14th February 2019,Here I am sharing the court order copy and what happen in court on hearing.
Firstly both party have given theirs view regarding case after that UPPCL have accepted theirs mistake of virtual calculator and exam pattern but they have transferred all things on exam conducting body TCS and IIT.
UPPCL advocate accepted that all mistake have done by exam conducting body we dont have any information regarding virtual calculator have given examination.
After that Justice issued notice to UPPCL Electricity Service Commission to submit a report regarding virtual calculator and exam pattern change who is responsible for this mistake and virtual calculator is used by student or not or UPPCL why not given information about it in admit card/in notification.
Final Result-Now all thing depend on Electricity Service Commission report on basis of this report justice will be give judgement on 8th March.
In judgement judge have clearly given UPPCL AE result depend on case if UPPCL loss the case then result will be cancel.In meanwhile UPPCL is going to conduct AE interview from 17th February.
