RPF Apply Online 2024

Those who wish to apply must ensure that they comply with the eligibility prescribed by the RPF. After that, you can apply for SI and Constable post through the direct link shared below. RPF Online Apply 2024 Link

The RPF Application Link has been activated on the Railway Protection Force’s official website at www.rpf.indianrailways.gov.in, and those interested can fill out the application form. Candidates must know that the last date to apply online for RPF Recruitment 2024 is 14th May 2024. How to Fill Out the RPF Application Form?

We have shared below the detailed steps to submit your RPF Police Constable and SI Application Form correctly.

Step 1: Go to the official Railway Protection Force website at www.rpf.indianrailways.gov.in.

Step 2: Sign up on the recruitment portal by entering your basic details such as name, contact information, and email. You’ll get a registration ID and password.

Step 3: Log in to the portal using the provided registration ID and password.

Step 4: Complete the application form with necessary details including personal information, educational background, and other relevant data.

Step 5: Upload scanned copies of required documents like your photo, signature, and certificates, ensuring they meet specified file size and format guidelines.

Step 6: Pay the application fee online according to your category, using debit/credit cards, net banking, or other available methods.

Step 7: Double-check your application to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all provided information.

Step 8: Download and print a copy of the RPF application form for your records.

Size of Documents Required for RPF Application Process

Candidates need 3 documents as Passport-size photograph, signature, and caste certificate. The Board has mentioned the prescribed size and format for these documents which we have mentioned here. The Passport-size photograph and signature should be in JPEG format and should be between 30-70kb in size.

RPF Application Fee 2024

Candidates have to deposit the application fee and fill the application form. The application fee can be paid online through Debit/Credit Card, UPI or any other payment gateway. For RPF Recruitment 2024 application, OBC/General category has to pay Rs. 500/- and Female/SC/ST/ESM/EBC candidates have to pay Rs. 250/-

Make sure you get the confirmation of application fee submission later because if the payment is successful, the application fee will not be considered complete.

*** Affidavit for ‘Minority Community Declaration’: Minority candidates claiming exemption of examination fee are to submit an affidavit (as per Annexure IV) on non-judicial stamp paper mentioning their minority community at the time of DV. Required, failing which their candidature will be rejected.

RPF Eligibility Criteria 2024

Candidates must go through the eligibility criteria before applying for RPF Recruitment 2024. The criteria for Constable and SI posts (prescribed by RPF) include the following:

RPF SI Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for Sub Inspector (Executive) post, you must be between 21 to 28 years of age and must have completed a bachelor’s degree in any stream from a recognized university.

RPF Constable Eligibility Criteria: To apply for Constable (Executive) post, candidates must have passed 10th/SSLC from a recognized board and must be 18-25 years of age.

The criteria discussed above are the minimum eligibility that a candidate should possess. In case of reserved category, they have been provided some relaxation in terms of age and physical standards.

Important Points to Remember

1. Read all the important instructions given on the portal, before filling out the application form.
2. Regarding the application fee, Applications submitted without the required fee will not be accepted and will be rejected without further consideration. There will be no opportunity for appeal against such rejections.
3. Once the online application has been finally submitted, candidates who wish to make any modifications, changes, or corrections, excluding those in the ‘Create an Account’ section (including mobile number and email ID), can do so by paying a non-refundable modification fee of ₹250 for each instance. It’s important to note that details provided in the ‘Create an Account’ section, including mobile number and email ID, cannot be altered.
4. RRBs will not entertain any request for a change of mobile number and e-mail address at any stage.
5. It’s recommended that candidates submit their online applications well ahead of the closing date to avoid any last-minute rush. This is because heavy internet traffic is likely during the final days.
