1. As of November 1, 2020, applicants can begin filling out their online application forms and paying their application fees.
2. The deadline to submit the application fee via Internet banking, debit card, or credit card is Friday, November 6, 2020, at 4:00 p.m.
3. The online application form must be submitted by Friday, November 6, 2020 (11:45 p.m.), to be considered.
4. The dates for filling out the choice form and paying the registration fee on the website are from 10.11.2020 to 13.11.2020 (with the choice form being filled out, saved, and changed multiple times), with the choice form automatically locking at 5.00 pm on the 13.11.2020.

Uploading of required documents for all candidates

1. A scanned copy of your most recent colour passport-size photo in the required format (jpg or jpeg, with a size preference of no more than 40 KB), taken on or after January 1, 2020
2. A scanned copy of your signature in the appropriate format (preferably up to 40 KB in size, in jpg or jpeg)

Steps for Filling Online Application Form

Part 1

Visit www.rajugmedical2020.com to access the official Rajasthan NEET counselling 2020 website.
Enter your NEET Roll number in step one.
2. Choose the Day, Month, and Year of your birth (as it appears on your 10th-grade report card).
3. Type in your NEET-2020 score.
4. Choose one of the following categories that best describes you: GENERAL (UR), SC, ST, ST-STA, OBC (creamy layer – CL), OBC (non creamy layer – NCL), MBC (creamy layer – CL), and MBC (non creamy layer – NCL). (No category changes will be allowed after they have been submitted and confirmed on the online registration form.)
5. Press “Validate”
6. The names you entered on the NEET 2020 form—your name, the names of your parents—appear on the screen.
7. Indicate whether you are a member of EWS: Yes/No (as appropriate).
8. Check the box to indicate whether you are a PwD (Person with Disability): Yes/No. If the box next to PwD category reads “Yes,” choose the name of the organisation that issues PwD certificates (according to MCI; see annexures 1 and 1A and proforma 5 in the information booklet).
9. Indicate your affiliation with the military or paramilitary: Yes/No Select whether any member of your family has benefited from this scheme for admission to a course anywhere in India if you choose the Defence / Paramilitary category as Yes: Yes/No If you choose the Defence / Paramilitary option, choose;
10. Choose the percentage of points earned in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Biotechnology (all together) in the 10+2 exam or a comparable test.
11. Type your email address, such as abcd@gmail.com. If you do not already have one, you should either get one or write down the email address of a relative who is not a NEET candidate but who can inform you of any communications sent to that address. Don’t include email addresses for cybercafés, etc.

14. Indicate whether your family’s annual income is less than INR 2.5 lacs by choosing either Yes or No.
15. Choose any additional eligibility requirements.

Part 2

Simple facts
1. Use the correct salutation (Mr., Miss, Mrs., or Ms.
2. Your Name will show up on the screen in an uneditable format.
3. Your date of birth (which is fixed) will show up on the screen.
4. Choose your birth state
Choose a gender: Male or Female.
6. Your Father’s name (which cannot be changed) will be visible on screen.
7. Indicate your mom’s name.
8. Give your current email address. Include the city, district, state, and zip code in addition to the complete current address.
9. Permanent address: Check the box if your permanent address is the same as your current address; otherwise, enter the full permanent address, including the city, district, state, and zip code.
10. If available, write your STD code and home phone number; otherwise, leave the fields empty.
11. Compulsorily write your cell number, which must be a 10-digit number, without the hyphen (‘0′).
12. Your email ID appears on the screen.
13. A screen pops up with your home state.
14. Enter your 12-digit Aadhar number here (no spaces).
15. Choose from Indian or Other Nationality.
16. If Other, include your parents’ home address, phone number, and email address.

Print two copies of the online application form on A4 paper, and keep them with the supporting documentation listed in the information booklet. In the space provided on the application form printout, paste a recent, unattested, colour passport photo.

This photo must match the one you uploaded when filling out the online application. finalise the declaration portion, On the application form printout, make your declaration and note the time and place. It is necessary.
Place the thumb impressions in the designated location. Keep the application form you’ve completed so you can submit it when necessary.

You are not required to send the print copy of your online application form filled out to the UG Admission Board.
